How do I order?

Choose your product, select your options (size, color, print location, or sheet size), upload your artwork, and add to cart. Checkout online for shipping or local pickup.

 

What artwork files do you accept?

We accept PNG, JPG/JPEG, PDF, SVG, AI, and EPS files. See our Artwork Requirements page for tips on getting the best print quality.

 

What if I don't have my artwork ready?

Artwork is required before you can add our custom-print products to the cart. That applies to DTF transfers, UV DTF, custom t-shirts and our Digital Printing items, which will not add to cart until your file is uploaded. If your design is not ready yet, email Paulo@Urbanteellc.com or call (562) 329-2506 and we will help you get it print-ready before you order.

 

How long does production take?

Production times vary by product and order size. We'll confirm your timeline after you order.

 

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Choose Local Pickup at checkout and we'll provide pickup instructions and our address.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay through our secure checkout.
