These terms apply to your use of urbanteellc.com and to any order you place with Urban Tee LLC. By placing an order you agree to them.

Custom made-to-order products

Our products are custom printed to order from artwork you supply. Please review our Return and refund policy before ordering, as most custom orders are final sale.

Your artwork and your rights

By uploading artwork you confirm that you own it or have permission to use and reproduce it. You agree that Urban Tee LLC is not responsible for any copyright, trademark or other claim arising from artwork you supply, and you agree to cover any costs or claims that result from it.

We may decline to print any artwork we believe infringes someone else's rights or is unlawful, hateful or obscene. If we decline an order for this reason we will refund you in full.

You keep ownership of your artwork. You grant us permission to reproduce it only as needed to produce your order.

Color and print variation

Colors shown on your screen may differ from the printed result. Screens vary, and fabric and material affect how ink appears. Slight variation in color, placement and sizing is normal in custom printing and is not considered a defect.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. Payment is required in full when you place your order. Minimum order quantities apply to some products and are shown on the product page.

Order acceptance

Receiving your order does not mean we have accepted it. We may refuse or cancel any order, and if we do, we will refund you in full.

Turnaround estimates

Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted here at the time you order is the version that applies.
