Shipping policy
Everything is printed in-house at our shop in South Gate, California. Here is how we get your order to you.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Production time
Your order is made to order, so production time is separate from shipping time. Production times vary by product and order size, and we will confirm your timeline after you order. Same-day printing is available on many orders - contact us before ordering if you need a rush.
Local pickup - free
Pickup is free at 4126 Tweedy Blvd # B, South Gate, CA 90280. Choose Pickup in store at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
- DTF transfers, gang sheets and UV DTF stickers - Economy and Standard options are available, and shipping is free on these orders over $50.
- Custom t-shirts - shipped by weight, since apparel orders are heavier. Your exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order goes out.
Correct address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at paulo@urbanteellc.com and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
